How do I track my order?
 

Once your order ships an email will be sent to you containing tracking information. If no tracking number has been sent your order has not been shipped just yet. Please allow 24-48 business hours for your shipment details to update with the carrier.

 

 

 

What are your delivery options?
 

All orders are $8.99 to ship within the United States via USPS.

How do I return an item?
 

We offer a 15-day return policy. Please review Returns for complete instructions.

How do I get a free item?

Often we give away free items that we think you'll enjoy. This is only with a purchase tho and while supplies last=).

I've just placed my order, Can I change it?
 

We prepare your order for shipment very shortly after your order is placed. This quick turnaround time makes it very difficult to change or cancel your order but please contact us at Hello@doroprive.com and we will try our best. 

 

 

 

Do you provide International delivery?
 

Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer international shipping=(.

 

 

 

What is your returns policy?
 

We only offer refunds, see return option for full details. If you are unhappy with your purchase or would like to change size, color or style a full refund will be given and you may re-purchase the item you want. Just be sure that we receive the merchandise you wish to return within 15 days from the date you originally received it in its original condition with all the packaging intact.
