Returns Policy

Need to return something?

  • You got 15-days to figure it out!

  • We do not currently offer exchanges - just refunds.

  • Item(s) must be unworn & unwashed. You know what we mean guys; don’t go clubbing and take pics for the gram and then return to us the items -you’ll get it right back=). Everything must be free of stains and signs of wear. All labels must still be attached to return the goods!

  • We do not accept underwear items. If they are returned, the item(s) will be sent back to you at your cost, so yeah.

  • Item(s) cannot be returned if the care label has been cut or removed.

  • If you are returning bodysuit(s), it must be in its original packaging, all tags still attached and the hygiene slip must still be in place for the love of goodness.

  • All items are thoroughly inspected before any action is taken, mmkay.

  • Again, one more time, you have 15 days from the date you received your items to make a return

  • You are responsible for the shipping cost back to us and you may use the shipping carrier of your choice; however, you will be responsible for paying that carrier's shipping fee and tracking.

  • Please note: Final Sale items cannot be returned.

Return Carrier

We suggest using USPS (they have flat rate boxes) to return your package. However, you may use UPS or FedEx after you have packed My Returns Slip.

 

You may use another shipping carrier if you prefer. (You'll just pay that carrier's shipping fee) Please send your package to the return address listed on your My Returns Slip. If you have lost your My Returns Slip, let us know at Hello@doroprive.com

 

Want to return something? Here's a step-by-step guide:

  1.  First, fill out My Returns Slip and note your return reason. If you return multiple items from an order, a refund will apply to all of those items.

  2. Fill out the return section on the front of the packing slip that came with your order, including the appropriate Reason Code for each item you are sending back. (We suggest that you make a copy for your records).

  3. Make sure all of the items are in their original condition and be sure to include any packaging, warranty cards, and all other accessories or gifts in your box or you will be charged a fee or your return may be rejected and you will be responsible for shipping.

  4. Return your package at the nearest drop-off location. (Be sure to write down the tracking number if you'd like to track the package. Please get a tracking number, as we are not responsible for lost or missing packages. 

  5. For your protection, we recommend that you insure your package against loss and request a delivery confirmation. Save your shipping receipt until you receive your refund.

  6. We will send you an email letting you know when we have received your return. Then, once it's accepted and processed, you'll see a Refund to your original form of payment in about 7 business days.

  

Bodysuit Apparel

Please check to see if Bodysuit apparel items are Final Sale. In this case, they cannot be returned. If they are not Final Sale items, Bodysuit apparel tops must be in new, never-worn condition with all original tags attached in order for your return to be accepted. All protective inner lining must be intact. Bodysuit apparel that has been worn cannot be returned. Follow the Return Policy above to make your return.

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Late Returns

We can accept returnable merchandise for up to 15 days from the date you originally received it. Unfortunately, items received after this period cannot be accepted, and your package will be returned to you. If we receive the same late return package a second time, we will keep your merchandise and won't be able to issue you a refund. No Exchanges!

We strive to deliver everything you need for a life of style at awesome prices every day. Because of this, we cannot process exchanges. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund to your original form of payment and make a new purchase.

 

Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Items

Our Pretty Prive Gang is at the heart of what we do, and we hope the package you receive is exactly what you wanted. If you believe a product was shipped in error from d’Oro PRIVE’, or if it arrives defective or damaged in transit, we want to help. Let us know at Hello@doroprive.com so we can make sure you’re taken care of. However, all packages are inspected upon departure and return for quality control.
